multiple system trauma, exogenous intoxications.
Summary. This paper describes the approaches to the medical technologies used for traumatic disease diagnosis in patients with the exogenous intoxications for estimation of the condition, predicting and treatment strategy choice. The treatment of patients with multiple injuries against the exogenous intoxication requires the use of certain methodological approaches that take into account the pathogenetic peculiarities of traumatic disease in patients with exogenous intoxication, the risk of complications and death. Exogenous intoxication worsens the prognosis of traumatic disease course that requires more intensive treatment; exogenous intoxication quantitatively and qualitatively significantly increases the risk of lethal outcomes of traumatic process in unstable stage adaptation (due to organ failure and the emergence of multi-organ failure) and in the period of stable adaptation (due to the increased risk of severe infectious complications development). Additionally, the presence of exogenous intoxication significantly affect the nature and intensity of clinical manifestations of traumatic disease reducing their informational value that causes the necessity of objective methods of control. It is necessary to consider the nature of the toxic agent, the intensity of its impact, biochemical and immunological parameters characterizing the response of the organism to a toxic agent that is of top-priority.
