Роль вітаміну D у мінеральних та кісткових розладах у дітей при хронічній хворобі нирок (огляд літератури)

У статті наведено аналіз теоретичних та практичних результатів досліджень у базах даних PubMed, MedLine, Embase, Scopus та Web of Science щодо вивчення проблеми метаболізму вітаміну D і його ролі у розвитку мінеральних та кісткових розладів у дітей із наявною хронічною хворобою нирок, оцінки потенційних нутритивних потреб та факторів ризику розвитку ускладнень мінерального та кісткового обмінів на тлі нефрологічної патології. У статті приділяється увага питанням застосування вітаміну D при нирковозамісній терапії у пацієнтів дитячого віку.
The article presents an analysis of theoretical and practical results of research in PubMed, MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus and Web of Science databases on the study of vitamin D metabolism and its role in the development of mineral and bone disorders in children with chronic kidney disease, assessment of potential nutritional needs and risk factors for the development of complications of mineral and bone metabolism on the background of nephrological pathology. The article focuses on the use of vitamin D in renal replacement therapy in pediatric patients.
